Description
MITSUBISHI 4G63 16V ENGINE FOR SALE
The 4G63 engine is one of the most popular four-cylinder in-line  engines, which was designed by the specialists of the Japanese company Mitsubishi. This power unit has about a dozen different modifications that have been installed on many Mitsubishi models.
The first modification 4G63 appeared back in 1981, and continues to be produced to this day with minor changes. The excellent technical characteristics of this motor are combined with its excellent reliability. The engines have a volume of 2.0 liters and power from 109 to 144 horsepower.
The engine has an old design, proven for decades, and therefore high reliability. The 4G63 has a cast iron cylinder block and an aluminum head for maximum overheating resistance.
The recommendations are simple: use high-quality  engine oil and change it on time. Watch for oil leaks and change drive belts in a timely manner. Other defects occur less frequently and do not cause serious damage – neither to the engine, nor to the owner’s budget.
The 4G6 family also includes engines: 4G61, 4G62, 4G63T, 4G64, 4G67 and 4G69.
